annie-pic.jpgMy lifestyle had been surrounded by food, at the tender age -14. I have to help my mother in her noodle store and that’s how I develop the interest in cooking.

In 1989 I joined a company specialize in Swiss cookware as a sales demonstrator. And was then went thru a series of training on how to be a good demonstrator, with this training I was given the opportunity to learn lots of different recipes, cuisines and also carry myself as a professional demonstrator conducting classes in front of 30-50 pax.

With my curiosity in learning I was given the opportunity to work with renowned chefs and teachers of that time to create recipes for our company products.

Joining EKS and Baker’s One, my interest in food industry went further then I expected, it’s a whole new experience for me and I am expecting more for me to explore…
