Today, we will be making some muffin. It's so easy to make these muffins (especially, when we use Baker's One Muffin Premix) :-
You need:
A: 3 whole eggs
B: 200 ml fresh milk
C: 1 packet Baker's One Blueberry Muffin Mix
D: 175 gm melted butter or corn oil
Her charsiu recipe for making baos is surprisingly simple and PRETTY GOOD!!!! Of course, since it was chicken char siu, there was no basis for comparison with the other artery clogging stuff we've been eating at places like FSF, but even on its own, the marinade made the meat most delicious, and call it whatever you want, it's great.
